The Argentine Region Continues to Support Legal Online Gambling

A bill has been introduced in the Argentine province of Cordoba that will allow online gambling in the region if passed.

The bill will establish Internet games, defined as "those conducted by electronic, computer, telecommunication or other means of communication", in the area. The bill is currently awaiting committee approval after it was introduced earlier this month.

The hope is that by enacting online gambling laws, illegal gambling can be eradicated and players' rights can be protected according to local laws. The bill will cover table games and slot machines as well as sports betting and lotteries. Licensing will be available to all workers based in Cordoba, while foreign workers can receive a permit in association with a local law firm under a temporary agency (UTE) in Argentina. However, foreign workers will not be allowed to contribute more than 35% of the license holder, and the license will expire after 20 years if not renewed. 카지노사이트

Additionally, operators will want to make sure that games have features that allow players to set deposit limits, request temporary or permanent bans, and players that -keep watch after they have played three hours on a new level. Online gambling advertising and promotion will be permitted if the advertiser has the required license issued by law enforcement.

Part of the profits from online gambling in Cordoba will be used to pay for the lottery. In January 2021, the province of Buenos Aires legalized online gambling and licensed seven operators. The city of Buenos Aires, which is an autonomous region, was also granted permission after writing the criteria in February of this year. There are also plans to legalize online gambling in the Corrientes region.
